Shipping policy

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, we can only do so if it hasn’t left the warehouse.

We will ship your item within three business days of receiving cleared payment if the weather conditions allow.

We does not ship wine when the weather is forecast to be above 30 degrees Celsius in either Melbourne or the delivery City/State/Country for that week unless by arrangement.

Wine affected by heat in transit is not covered by insurance.
